Ni Khayra masa 7 weeks...
Ni plak masa 8 weeks... dua bulan!
Haa... ni semalam... selepas berjaya mem'poopoo' setelah 3 hari tak 'poopoo' lega lah tu hahaha...
Since we introduced Khayra with formula feeding, poops became thicker. This is normal for formula fed babies. Mula-mula risau jugak, sampai 3 hari tak iyak aperhal Khayra ni? tapi tak meragam pun... tanya sana-sini, research dalam buku kat net, turns out it's normal. But though, parents could still help em to poop by doing some stuffs.
For 2 days i tried massagine her tummy. Well actually i always do dat it's a routine for me to massage her [using baby oil]. I also helped her with some exercises, for constipation parents could help babies by stretching and curling their legs, first stretch then pull it nearer to her chest, slowly. this will also help her to expell gas from her stomach. But if this two doesn't work, and you're worried, take an anal thermometer, smear some baby oil on it and gently push it in her anus. If u do not haf a thermometer [like me] what i did i took a small cotton bud [not the normal one, the SMALL one] and dip it into baby oil and push it gently. She pooped after the 2nd time i did that. hehe i could see her 'lega'ness. So mothers, try~!
